In 2015, Breeze Airlines became a subsidiary of Breeze Holdings Inc., along with Breeze Holdings’ other subsidiaries such as Breeze Rent-A-Car and Breeze Travel & Tours. In 2016, Breeze Airlines began operations in its new base of operations located at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila. The airline continues to offer flights within Asia.
