Helipad is ranked No. 3 on the top 10 things to do in Canada. The Helipad is a communal dining experience that you will not soon forget. Situated at the top of the tallest tower in downtown Vancouver, this restaurant brings together a variety of individuals from around the world.
They offer meals that are unlike any other restaurant in the country. Their menu changes daily and they never repeat any entree items throughout each season. If you want an original meal then this is the place to go!
Their experience begins with a helicopter ride up through the clouds towards their restaurant where you can enjoy amazing views of downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park. The chef will greet guests upon arrival and walk them through some of their delicious creations before taking them into his kitchen for an exclusive culinary demonstration.
The helicoptor takes off from Burrard Inlet and flies over Stanley Park, Downtown Vancouver’s skyline, West Van shoreline/beaches, Lions Gate Bridge (if visibility permits) and then lands at our heliport located at Sea Island Airport on Sea Island in Richmond. It’s truly an experience you will never forget!

Helipads in Canada
Canada is a vast country and has many helipads in it. Here are the top 10 to visit before you die!
1. Whistler helipad: The best place for a helicopter tour in canada. This helipad is located just above the ski resort whistler blackcomb and gives some of the most amazing views of the mountains. The views are so amazing that you won’t want to leave.
2. Vancouver Heliport: One of the busiest airports in Canada, this airport provides excellent transport to downtown Vancouver. It’s also a great place to take a tour as it provides a great view of Stanley park and downtown Vancouver itself.
3. Xcaret Park Helipad: Located in Mexico, this beautiful helipad takes you over one of the most intriguing places on earth, Xcaret Park. This park includes activities such as snorkelling, swimming with Beluga whales and more! It’s an amazing place to visit and is one of the top tourist attractions in Mexico!
4. Toronto City Airport: Located in downtown Toronto, this airport is only for small planes and helicopters but offers quick access to anywhere you need to go!
The Helipad is the newest addition to the amazing lineup of attractions at Whistler Blackcomb. Located 4,400 ft on Blackcomb Mountain, the Helipad is a unique, fun and exciting experience for all ages.
With 360 degree views of Blackcomb, Whistler and beyond, you’ll be in awe of the scenery from this incredible vantage point. The mountain terrain will give you a new appreciation for your surroundings, as you see the world from a whole new perspective.
The Helipad boasts an interactive rock climbing wall with five different routes ranging from beginner to advanced that are sure to challenge even the most experienced climber. Throw in some other activities such as slacklining, snow volleyball and cornhole and you have yourself an unforgettable experience!
Helipads are a great way to explore the world. I have had the opportunity to travel the world and experience many different helipads. Some of these helipads are hidden in plain sight, while others are located on top of high rises that reach 100+ stories tall. The following article will talk about some of my favorite helipads, and provide advice for your helipad travels.
The Helipad: Landing in the heart of Toronto
I have been to Toronto many times and have yet to find any place better than the Helipad in Toronto, Canada. This is a great place to start if you are going to be spending time in Toronto. If you are traveling and need a quick layover, this is a great spot to do it. The Helipad offers views of the city that you can’t get anywhere else in Toronto. It’s also one of the most convenient places to land when you want to get out of town fast.
The Helipad is one of my favorite places because there’s no waiting around for an elevator or waiting for an airport shuttle bus like there is at JFK airport or Laguardia airport in New York City when you come into town via plane or train. You simply walk up the stairs
Come visit the highest helipad in North America, located at the top of Grouse Mountain. At 1,127m (3,700 ft) above sea level, this is not only one of the most scenic helicopter landings you’ll ever experience, it’s also one of the most challenging helipads around.
Take your best shot at landing with Grouse Mountain’s Flight Simulator. The simulator is available to rent by the hour and is a great way to test your piloting skills.
The Helipad at Grouse Mountain is open daily from 8:30am – 10:00pm (weather permitting). For more information please contact our Mountain Operations department at 604-980-9311 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
The helipad is located in the heart of Vancouver’s beautiful Coal Harbour, surrounded by the stunning backdrop of Stanley Park and the North Shore mountains. The Helipad offers the ultimate in waterfront dining. Nestled under a canopy of trees, the ambiance is unique to Vancouver and cannot be replicated.
The Helipad offers a West Coast menu with an emphasis on fresh seafood, grills, salads and sandwiches. Dining at the Helipad is an experience you will always remember; there is no other location like it in Vancouver.
The location offers spectacular views of Stanley Park, Coal Harbour and the North Shore Mountains. It is also home to some of North America’s most beautiful sunsets.
