Last year was a great year for me. I started a new job, traveled to six different countries, and made progress on several personal goals. But I have even bigger plans for 2017.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve had with my goals is staying motivated. I’ll start off with a lot of energy, but then the initial spark dies down and I’m left wondering if there’s any point in continuing. This year I’m determined to keep going no matter what and achieve my goals!

I’ve found that one of the best ways to stay motivated is by sharing my goals with other people, so they can help hold me accountable. I’ll usually share them on Twitter or mention them in an email to friends and family members.

If you want to make 2017 your best year yet, then you should try sharing your goals too!

What do you want to achieve this year?

If you’re like most people, chances are you want to improve your overall health and lose weight. Perhaps you’ve gained a few extra pounds over the holidays or maybe you just want to feel better about yourself. Either way, we’re here to help you be successful with your weight loss journey.

Here’s how we’ll help:

Hello everyone, I have been working on this for the last few months and I am super excited to announce my new online course. This course is designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals by teaching you how to set them correctly, build a plan to accomplish them and keep yourself on track towards their completion.

There are many goals that you can set in life but it is important that they are of the right type. These goals should be challenging but realistic, specific and measurable so that you will know when you have achieved them. If a goal is too easy then there is no satisfaction in completing it; if it’s too hard then it can feel frustrating or impossible. The key is finding those that push you just outside your comfort zone but still within reach with some hard work.**

Congratulations! You’ve just booked a flight to your dream destination. But before you get too excited about lounging at the beach, or exploring a new city, there’s something important you should know: Airline tickets aren’t always set in stone.

Some airlines allow you to change your flight for free within 24 hours of booking, while others charge an extra fee to change or cancel. Even if an airline doesn’t let you cancel your ticket for free, it might offer a credit that’s good for up to a year.

To help you make sense of your airline’s rules, we’ve put together this guide that breaks down airline policies at the biggest carriers in the United States. But first, it’s important to understand why some airlines charge extra fees and others don’t.

What if you could create new habits without breaking your old ones? I’m obsessed with my sleep routine. I’ve been waking up at 5:30am every day for the past four years, and I’ve never felt better.

But when I moved to a new city for this job, it was a huge struggle to get out of bed in the morning. My natural tendency as an entrepreneur is to work late into the night, and the temptation to stay up until one or two in the morning was ever-present.

I went to sleep at midnight for nearly a month before I was able to fight through the exhaustion and wake up early again.

That experience shocked me into thinking about how hard it is to change our habits. We all want to start new things and break bad habits, but if it were as easy as just deciding we wanted to do something, everyone would be successful.

So how do we actually change our behavior? How do we make sure we stick with it after the initial excitement wears off? And how do we keep from reverting back to old patterns?

After some research, I discovered there’s a simple trick that makes change dramatically easier — and gives us a much higher chance of success. Make
