Veterans were able to leverage their military experience and skills to secure civilian careers in the aviation industry. The VAC mandate requires that VAI provide support to veterans to help them transition to civilian careers. The VAI’s programs and services were designed to meet this mandate and provide a comprehensive approach to supporting veterans in transitioning to civilian careers.
