A single external fuel tank adds 48 miles to the Black Hawk’s range.

The UH-60 Black Hawk has seen action in Grenada, Panama, Iraq, Somalia, the Balkans, Afghanistan and other hotspots around the globe. It has been used for medical evacuations (MEDEVAC) in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere.
