When you fly with Air One, we want your experience to be comfortable and convenient. Our customer relations team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you in all aspects of your travel. We are dedicated to serving your needs and look forward to welcoming you on board soon.

Air One’s Approach to Service

We want you to feel at home when you fly with us. Our goal is to provide you with the best flight experience possible. From the moment you step foot on our plane, we want you to feel special and taken care of.

We offer complimentary food and beverages on all flights, including alcoholic beverages for those over 21. We provide blankets and pillows for your comfort and have an entertainment system where you can watch your favorite TV shows or movies, read e-books or play games.

Priority seating is available upon request for customers who may need more room or wish to travel with their pets. We also offer travel assistance for those who require it. If there is anything we can do to make your flight more enjoyable, please let us know!
