The Lebanese delegation, consisting of Director General of Civil Aviation Amin Jaber, Head of Beirut–Rafic Hariri International Airport Kamal Nassereddine, Head of Aviation Safety Omar Qaddouha, and the Minister’s legal advisor Hadi Moussa, represented Lebanon at the conference.
