However, if you need to hover- say for example you’re about to land- simply press the “VTOL” button on your controller panel. This will engage vertical takeoff and landing mode (the “V” in VTOL). The Osprey’s wings will fold out while its rotors rise above it, allowing it to hover safely at an altitude of up to 10 feet (3 meters).

If you want to revert back to airplane mode, simply press the VTOL button again or climb higher than 50 feet (15 meters
